Dr. Vance was also very informative for a specific concern I had and provided me with some outsource information. Dr. Vance has a warming personality and made me feel very comfortable. Heather tried first to help me find frames and was courteous but ultimately had Carla help me find specific size frames. Carla reviewed all types of lens options available for my prescription and picked one per my description of my job. She also helped me get an additional coupon with an online app for my insurance. Overall, my experience was great! I felt listened to accommodated. Good blend of staff with good knowledge.
