  Very disappointed in the transparency of the cost and what to expect. The first visit/cost is supposed to cover the assessment and then the second visit is included in this cost too. It was to go over a care plan with the doctor and get your first adjustment. When I originally spoke with someone before even coming they said cost would be roughly $45 an appointment. Imagine my surprise when I get to the second visit and they want me to pay $330 a month for 12 months. That is not what I was told. Oh and the money I did pay that was supposed to cover that “first” adjustment, because I wouldn’t sign the paper work saying they can bill be $330 a month they wouldn’t do the adjustment I had already paid for. Forget that. Better off going to an actual chiropractor that will bill you per visit, not requiring you pay up front.

  Very professional,and compassionate. My pain is boutt 40% bettet i'd say.10 treatments into the program. Love going there.

  I own a cleaning company and being able to rely on Shifting Tides to boost my immunity is a huge relief. Shifting Tides has an amazing team who never fails to go above and beyond for their clients!! I truly believe that my consistency of going here is the reason I do not get sick often. Maybe people do not consider some cool benefits of chiropractic care like boosting your immunity powers! Others may not realize there are options, like chiropractic care, to maintain your bodies health. I have been a member since 2019 and confidently recommend friends, family, co workers whenever I can! Heck I would even recommend a stranger I believe that their team can find a way to help anyone. And if they did find someone who they didn’t feel they could help (highly unlikely) they know countless of other professionals in our area!! Dr Felicia and her team have built an amazing health center and I feel very lucky to have them in our area!! I absolutely love hearing the success stories from friends and family I have referred so I will continue to send people here! I am also excited to try their red light therapy - which goes to show how their team strives to find many ways to help those in our community find ways to live without pain! I sleep like a baby knowing that I can rely on Shifting Tides to keep me in check! (:

  NEW CLIENT - I was having lower back aches and losing some strength in my hands and upper body. Opening jars and carrying heavy bags of groceries were tenuous. After 4-weeks of adjustments, I started to really see some great improvement. Now, I'm looking forward to working out with less pain and adding heavy weights into my routine. Shifting Tides doctors are highly skilled and they share their knowledge. It feels like a great education system and a team that really cares about your success. My husband has also see great benefits with less tension in his neck and a reduction in perscription Rx. WIN-WIN for our family!!!
