- JKJohn KennedyAug 14, 20252.0I came over from Shopko years back when they closed and typically remain loyal, but I'm shopping pharmacies now and my next renewal will likely be elsewhere. I submitted refill of 3 prescriptions. Notification comes that one is filled well in advance of expected date. The other 2 go past expected date and just sit there doing nothing. I am not going to the store until all 3 are ready. I called in and they have the product, but just haven't gotten to it. A week to fill a simple prescription for generic OTC items is not satisfactory. This is not the first time this has happened nor is it the only location that it has happened at. FILL YOUR ORDERS TO COMPLETION FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! I came over from Shopko when they closed and typically remain loyal, but I'm shopping pharmacies now and my next renewal will likely be elsewhere.

After this past week with insurance issues, I so appreciate the tech working, Deb! She was amazing and never once made me feel like I was annoying or a bother. She was so helpful and I appreciate the fact that she helped get everything sorted out. Would highly recommend this pharmacy!

When I asked if they had a good reason why they hadn't gotten the prescription ready sooner, the woman I spoke actually said that she didn't have a good reason and left it at that.
