    My S.O. came here two years ago and was told he needed hearing aides. He was recently contacted by this office to come in for free hearing aides. He told the woman his insurance information and made the appointment. At the appointment, same woman, Kristen, (sp?) acted like she didn't know what the insurance was. She made several rude comments related to ability to pay. She then messed up her left and right while performing the hearing test. She said his results were better than 2 years ago despite when she finally pulled out the original test they showed no significant change, which she then admitted to. She seemed to push the idea of surgical correction even though that was not the only option available. Very quick to get rid of us. S.O. mother also had an appointment immediately after and Kristen did the same insurance game with her. Mom had given Kristen her insurance information before the appointment and was now being told they don't accept that insurance. Kristen then sped through the test including skipping the cochlear test, because the headband couldn't be adjusted correctly? What even happened here? A waste of time. She knew the insurance before the appointment then says at the appointment they don't take that insurance? Why even make the appointments? Not just us but mom too? Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere.
