  This review is about the eye doctor there. It took more than a month to get an appointment. I paid more than $125 cash because I wanted to get the contact lens exam which is what the whole purpose of that visit was for. I explained to them exactly why I wanted the contacts and what I wanted them for. SEVERAL TIMES. I was extremely clear very clear! I do not mince words when I explain what I need and why I need it. I explained it so simply that even a toddler could understand it. I got a set of unusable contacts. I called VERY upset. Then they ordered the second set which were exactly the opposite of what I needed and it damaged my right eye and cause floaters in my eyes. I never bothered to fill the eyeglass prescription because if they can't get contacts correct with two tries and me making several calls reminding them of what I need I don't want to waste more cash that I don't really have on a set of glasses that probably aren't going to work.

  Wonderful staff and excellent service! Emma was helpful and she was very informative with everything as well!! They took the time to help walk me through everything and I really appreciate it!

  The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. I felt completely at ease during my eye exam, and they took the time to explain everything in detail. Picking out my frames and lenses was actually fun! They patiently walked me through what my insurance covered and what my out-of-pocket costs would be, which I really appreciated.

  My eye exam went smoothly and how convenient it was to have an Eyemart Express next door. The associate (April) took her time with me helping me pick out glasses that enhanced my features. My overall experience at the Manitowoc, WI location was pleasant and productive. Can't say enough about April's assistance with finding the right glasses for me. Actually this Eyemart had a very friendly atmosphere.
