Shae was amazing getting us an appointment right away, I adore her level of customer service that she provided me and my boyfriend. Emma helped us get glasses, she knows her stuff! I had many questions she answered thoroughly never missing a beat. We will be getting our glasses from here going forward. Our experience from the first phone call to picking up the glasses was beyond wonderful. You don't see service like this at many places anymore, so thank you!

He gave me information Shopko Optical didn't give, I am a little upset. Dr. Eggert truly listened to me and genuinely showed compassion when I voiced my concerns. The techs there didn’t take the time to help me out and kept pointing me toward the pricey frames. They were simply not listening to me, didn't walk me around, and or helped me with questions. Eyemart Express was a totally different experience. Emma made me feel super welcome and actually listened to what I wanted. She helped me find frames that looked great and fit my budget. I walked out feeling really taken care of. I chose a green frame which was totally out of my comfort zone, but with Emma's encouragement, I did it haha! I am absolutely in love with my frames! So glad I switched—highly recommend checking them out!

- KSkraig sNov 19, 20251.0From my experience today exam was great dr was nice ryan showed me frames found some offered a free pair which was nice then when i go to pick them up after the completed text then no the glasses i paid for wont work nothing they can do for me ill need to come back another day... why not call and say that the store is 45min drive from my house... but its ok the free $30 are ready to go... but nope cant refund me because no manager how convenient
