  I was so impressed with the level of care that I feel compelled to write this and say thank you! While visiting the US from the UK, I became unwell and attended at 18:15, just 45 minutes before closing. Despite the timing, I was seen incredibly quickly by both a nurse and a doctor within around 15 mins. The receptionist, nurse (I’m very sorry I can’t recall your names), and Dr Kulie were all exceptionally kind, professional and just super great! I was provided with a prescription almost immediately, given a letter for my travel insurance, and had all my questions answered. I’m very grateful for the help.

  I came into Urgent Care this morning. I got in within 20min. I was having bronchial issues and it was hard to breathe. I saw Dr. Harkin. He was one of the best Doctors ive ever had the pleasure of seeing. His bedside manner was impeccable. I only wish we had more Doctors like him. He truly cares for his patients and doesn't just see them as numbers or $$ signs.

  Reception staff refused to help me change my insurance information so it was up to date since it had changed since my last visit. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to talk to a doctor, I got a lecture from a PA about how what i came in for wasn't something he didn't “know” me well enough to prescribe anything for (i came in on a Saturday and was looking for some kind of relief from the symptoms I was feeling) and that I should have messaged my primary instead of coming in. If the rude and insensitive staff arent enough. The parking lot had no attempts at snow removal despite it having been currently snowing and snowing off and on for days. I fell in their ice rink of a parking lot of my way out just as a cherry on top of my horrible experience.

  Super frustrated trying to find exact days and hours of operation ...going to SSM on High Point...no clear signage with days and hours of operation!!!
