  Not only are most of the 1 start reviews true; my doctor misdiagnosed me. came in multiple time stating that the nodes under my next swell and hurt, and they told me to just take tylonal after dragging me along for 5 weeks and $2800. Switch healthcare providers and, turns out its cancer. I am going to die. Thank you for goading me into thinking my issue was minor; now the last years i have to live will be spent thinking how if any of my issues were taken seriously-- I would live.

  Had a really lovely experience with really kind people! Only had to wait around 20 minutes to be seen and came in closer to closing time. Was met at every angle by kind and supportive doctors, nurses and staff who helped get me on my way in no time!

  Went in twice to urgent care and had a terrible experience both times. First time the doctor asked me what I wanted to do to fix the issue as if that isn't their literal job. Then they prescribed me something that wasnt even related to the symptoms I was having. The second time they essentially told me I had to do a Covid test and didn't ask if I wanted to do it. They then charged me $1,100 for this test. I do not recommend this place unless you want to go bankrupt and still feel awful.

  I came to this clinic in a time of crisis, and understanding that my condition may be less severe than others, I approach reception and instantly felt like I was being scorned, They made it very clear through their grunting and gasping that they disapproved of me being there.

  Very dissatisfied! I called this urgent care and ask about their "estimated" wait time. The lady on the phone told me that they don't give out their wait time. UW Urgent care told me an estimated time of 2 hrs. so I went to UW Urgent Care instead to get the care that I need! I asked for something very simple and they can't make it happen. What a failure!
