  My meds get filled the same or next day every time, unless the insured is being difficult. No delays ever, except for certain supplies (syringes, as an example). They also have an easy to use order by phone. The only disadvantage, presently, is that you have to call in for anything out of the ordinary. That said, they are quick to answer the phones and very helpful. They do not have an online way to view or order meds at all, and their system makes a "fill everything that I can" difficult for them. It seems like they have to go into each prescription order separately and every med is its own order. They put pills in appropriately sized bottles and they have better labels than Walgreens. More info, more clear, easy to read and find info on. That said, I did once get a bottle of pills that was slightly larger than ideal and it broke a few pills. That was my only "bad" experience but they will replace them if requested. Finally, leave weapons and extra lithium batteries in your car or it'll trip the weapons detector at the entryway.

  Was having trouble opening the manufacturer foil/paper covers on one of those pill packs. I wish you didn’t send those, aren’t they usually free samples? I was told that loose tablets have been on back order for quite a long time. The tech who was helping me not only showed me the easiest way to open pill packs, but also helped me get them started. I can’t remember her name, but it was for Rx ——— N. Please acknowledge to her my compliment! Than you, Laura Pleasants

  The staff told me to wait for 25 mins for a prescription and it took an hour or longer. Never will i get prescription sent here. They are not good with time! Never go with them again!
