  I wish they were a little more pro active as well as less vague about holiday hours. When you post regular hours as well as hours may very, that's a pretty big guessing game you're playing and guaranteed to make people unhappy! I learned in retail a long time ago to "Under promise and over deliver"! Seems like this is a slogan you could use to learn. If you want to close early, than post the hours you intend to be open and people will adjust accordingly. Don't make them guess! Very poor!

  Been going here for almost 20 years. Love it. Customer service second to none. tried Walgreens here and there during that time, I just felt like a number and god forbid something is wrong with the script, Walgreens going the extra mile, not a chance. Dean pharmacy is dedicated to making people better and giving good service other places only concern is your money. Support your local pharmacy.

  I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years with few problems. Very occasionally a prescription is not ready when expected but they have always gotten it ready fast when I showed up. They have been proactive when my insurance required a change to generics. My family has had hundreds of prescriptions filled here, and there has never been a mistake. Epi pens have always been fresh ones, not the old pens that are weeks away from expiring like we have gotten elsewhere.
