  My daughter and I have real medical difficulty wearing masks. We were bullied, harrassed, and I was threatened with removal from the facility (while my daughter was in surgery), by the receptionist and various nurses on the floor. This facility does not care about your health. They only care about complying with the covid agenda. They are in direct violation of the exemptions laid out by the CDC, ADA, and the Dane County mask mandate in their enforcement of their own mask rules and requirements. I called and left multiple messages attempting to speak with staff to help them understand those of us with exemptions and was never contacted in return. I will be filing a complaint against this facility with the ADA and will be reporting their poor healthcare practices to the Dane County Health Commissioner. If you have the choice, you should absolutely steer clear of the SSM Health system.

  Told me to get a procedure done but didn't put in an order. There was only one person scheduling and it took 30 mins just to reach anyone. Only had 3 options for the following month. Told me if it was an emergency to go to the ER. Very rude uncaring people. I wish my insurance have me more options. Delaying health Care kills people.
