I would have given a 5 Star, I'm all about giving positive reviews! But this one was really unprofessional, heartless, and cut dry. It takes 1 bad apple to ruin it. My mother had an appointment at 9:00am. She had called 30 minutes before to advise that her Uber driver was running late due to weather conditions, the person over the phone was kind enough to place a note on her chart. I ended up taking my mother instead, so she wouldn't be that much later since it was already 8:50am and still no show. We arrived at 9:15am. When checking her in Patricia advise that she was late to her appointment and had to reschedule, failing to read the notes first! First strike! finally she was seen after 2 months, it's a lengthy waiting but there really busy, I completely understand. My mother then was ask if she can do an MRI located in basement area @11:30 am. Since, I had to be at work by noon. I decided that it would be best that my mother stayed and get everything she needs done so they can expedite any future procedures. When I got home and start to change I noticed that my wallet wasn't in my jogging pants. I immediately called the pain clinic. Patricia happen to pick up the call, if anyone has ever lost a wallet before, could understand how nervous and reckless I was, especially since I had my corporate credit card and other important information. When I start to explain my situation, Patricia cuts me off and tells me she going to check to please hold, when she came back on the phone there was no sign of compassion, understanding, all that came out of her mouth was your wallets not here, I then ask if she check the waiting area since there are 2 waiting areas, maybe if she would have listen the first time instead of putting me on hold. She then proceeded saying that she check and that my wallet wasn't in the waiting area or in the room my mother was in. When I was assurring her that in the car it wasn't and the only other place was waiting area or room. She rudly told me that I probably left it in the Uber. practically making me feel like it was my fault and my irresponsible.
She was so rude! Her customer service skills says little to say. On top of her lack of unprofessional especially in the the health care system. Bottom line I called MRI and ask if they can have my mother call me before she checks out to see if she can go upstairs to double check. My mother had open heart surgery recently and her ability to walk is very difficult on top of all the other health issue. I spoke with an Annette explained my situation. She ask for my call back number and that she would be gladly to check for me again, instead of putting my mother through that, Annette is what I call an EXCELLENT leader in customer service, she went above and beyond, Annette made me feel that my situation was important and gave me that sense of piece of mind. She went to the 3rd floor check the areas area's I told her and she found my wallet. So, if anyone gets an MRI done make sure to ask for her she is a sweet heart. Thank you so much!!! My suggestion for the manager in the pain clinic is have a sit down with Patricia and explain the importance and her roll in the Health care system, if not the corrections department would be the best place for her, learn from some of her colegue around her because everyone was amazing, including Rosy! Patricia lack of listening, understanding, professionalism and compassion, Patricia sadly cost her colegue and team a negative review. Thank you
