  The folks working in this office are always pleasant and I've never had a bad experience in the six years I've come here for eye exams. However, be aware that between last year and this year, the "contact lens evaluation fee" they charge, which insurance usually doesn't cover, has nearly doubled. I was charged $75 when this was only $42 last year and even lower in the past.

  Ashley at SSM Health west paid extra attention to fitting my glasses. She also walked around store collecting possible frames. I happened to drop in on a SALE day and was thrilled that my specks wouldn't break the bank. Ashley is a gem!

  Saw Nathan Catterson and my eyes are very sensitive. While he was looking at my eyes with the light I had to shut my eyes a second and under his breath he said "Jesus Christ!" He was very rude and disrespectful! I left feeling horrible. I am NEVER going back and will tell everyone to avoid going here if possible. The worst eye appointment I ever had.
