    I rarely leave reviews, but this place is bad. I can never get the supplies I need in a timely manner, if at all. I had an order for compression stockings put in MONTHS ago, was told they received it and someone would reach out. No one did. Now I have an order for a pneumonic compression pump that was sent a month ago. Again, I was told somebody would reach out. Nobody has. I called the main line, was transferred three times, only to land on someone’s voicemail inbox, leaving a voicemail for a person who never called me back. People need medical equipment to live. It’s not a luxury. But SSM health at home could care less.

    SSM Health at Home. Exceptional service by Katrina Harrison mastectomy fitter. She was responsive to my questions. She was awesome. When you are looking for breast forms you want someone to help just like Katrina. She made me my husband and adult daughter feel at ease. She handled the insurance. She had me leave with product with the rest on the way. She is just Exceptional. Thanks so much for being my mastectomy fitter. I will be back when anything else is needed. ❤️

    Have been without cpap supplies for 4 months because no one will return my calls. Dreaded being sent back here when insurance change. My infant was on oxygen and I would have to argue for supplies and several times she didn’t have the supplies she needed.

    I went to get started on using a cpap machine. One of the first things I mentioned was that as of the 1st of the year I would be on medicare. I turn 65 in Jan. After spending over an hour there, the lady said after my medicare goes into effect, to make an appt. and to come and see her. I said then before I left that day I would make the appt. for about 7 or 8 weeks from now. She said why so soon. I said I told you I turn 65 in Jan, and that is when my medicare goes into effect. She said I might as well wait to get on medicare to get the machine, Apparently they bill the ins. co. a monthly amount for 10 months for the machine, no use starting on one ins. only to change in a several weeks. I thought ok. Then she asked what my supplement would be, as they don't do business with anyone who doesn't have Dean Ins. I wont have Dean next year. I guess if they had mentioned all of this up front , it would have saved me and them a lot of wasted time.
