I started dealing with severe pelvic pain during pregnancy, and it seemed like every pelvic health PT was booking out past my due date. Thank goodness I found Lauren! Super kind and knowledgeable, and now I can walk up and down stairs again and pick up my toddler. I feel soo much better and more in control. Would definitely recommend!

I was treated by Dr Lauren Young in physical therapy for shoulder problems after mastectomy. She came recommended by my oncologist and I was so happy I followed thru with making the appointment. Dr Young was FANTASTIC! On the first day, she got right to the root causes, gave me direct treatment including dry needling , soft tissue mobilization and taught me very specific exercises. I am about 1.5 years out of my surgery and I was surprised I could feel so much better after first visit with better motion and posture. 100% recommend Dr Young to women with mastectomy issues.

We cannot say enough incredible things about our physical therapist. She has been our sole source of support throughout my daughter’s entire journey—before and after her PAO + FAI + labral repair surgery—and her impact has been nothing short of life-changing. Her depth of knowledge is truly exceptional, but what sets her apart even more is her ability to communicate that knowledge in a way that is clear, reassuring, and empowering. She took the time to thoroughly prepare us for every stage of the process, always making sure we understood what to expect and why it mattered. Post-surgery, her guidance has been absolutely outstanding. She knows exactly when to challenge my daughter and when to support her, progressing her recovery with perfect balance and confidence. Every step has felt intentional and tailored, and that has made all the difference in both physical healing and emotional confidence. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine care are beyond anything we could have hoped for. We are endlessly grateful to have had her by our side through this journey. Simply put—she is out of this world.

Lauren has been looking after my daughter who underwent major surgery and has been helping me with sciatic nerve pain. I trust her good judgement and I like working with her on going. Trust is key - you establish it with hard work, attention, and skill. She hits 5/5 on these attributes.

Jake spent a lot of time with me today, really trying to get to the bottom of what's causing my hip pain. His was very knowledgeable and I felt very confident that I was in good hands.
