  The people who work here are great, but they are clearly very overworked. There needs to be more staff at the front desk. Every time I’ve come here, I’ve had to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes. It doesn’t matter how many employees are working, the wait is always excessive. I feel bad that there was a lady here working today on a Saturday by herself . Her name was Nicole. She absolutely went above and beyond and kept a professional attitude even while customers were in a rush and frustrated. She politely handled the attitudes coming from customers like a pro and as I stood in awe , still frustrated from the wait though,. Two people giggled and laughed and talked loudly from behind the laboratory . The phone ringing . Nicole ran to it to answer , while simultaneously telling another customer that it’ll be just a short wait , and handling both mine and my partners broken glasses . Every time I see Nicole here , she’s ALWAYS serious about her role here. She’s what keeps this place on the map. 🗺️. Hopefully eyemart does the right thing , and does her a huge favor by hiring more staff to help Once you are finally helped, the service is quick and efficient. The issue is the wait to even be acknowledged. There have been multiple times where I stood there without anyone acknowledging me at all. The wait has been so long that I’ve had to step outside, and during that time, people who came in after me were helped first. There seems to be no system for keeping track of who is next. This isn’t a complaint about the staff, it’s a staffing and organization issue. The experience would be completely different if that was fixe

  From the moment I first called to make my appointment with Chianti, to my appointment being greeted by front staff, the doctor Dawn Butts and being fitted for 2 pairs of glasses has been nothing short of phenomenal. I was so apprehensive to change from a doctor I loved in Mileaukee (now 2 hours away), to get recommended by not one, but two new neighbors that live in Marquette (an hour away from Madison store) I decided to give eyemart express a try. Everyone honestly was phenomenal 🙌 and that should say a lot since that's incredibly hard to come by now a days. When I was texted that both my contacts and 2 sets of custom glasses were ready within 3 days of my exam, I couldn't believe how fast the order was completed. I have waited 3-4+ weeks with my former eye physician associates. Lastly, the gentleman who helped fit my new glasses and complete my order was also kind and friendly. Extremely impressed with Eyemart Express E Madison 👏 Bravo to the entire staff! Sincerely, a district sales manager of 20+ years!

  Good but I will need to go back to have glasses adjusted for fit
