When I called they said they simply can't resolve the problem because I can't "verify the order number". When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that wasn't possible because I need to first verify the order number. Um ok.

My last pair of glasses were purchased online from Warby Parker, and while I love them and they've lasted me years, I am so glad I came into the store today. I learned so much about what to look for when it comes to good fitting glasses, and really liked their wide variety of frames. It's so cool when people are genuinely passionate about their job; and it was very clear that Feyre really wanted to help me find a pair of glasses that were both comfortable, and made me feel confident. She searched inventory for a pair that wasn't on display because she understood what I was looking for. My experience was much better than my local eye doc's office for service. WP prices are very reasonable and there are plenty of styles to choose from.
