  Pinnacle fitness is a second home. The staff is an extended family. The staff doesn't just greet me everyday they recognize who I am. Not only do they know my name but my spouse's as well. Michael and crew go the extra mile to make a connection. Their interest in you goes beyond your fitness goals. Michael has made a significant investment to improve this location. The clients here are sociable but not intrusive. You won't see a ring light or tripod here. When you become a member you have access to the Fitchburg location. The Fitchburg location is larger and poseese different equipment and three pools. I work out at the capital location M-F. Saturday and Sunday I recuperate at Fitchburg floating in the shallow aqua-exercise pool. Of all the reviews I have done this one means a lot to me because Pinnacle has become family. I should have posted this three years ago... Thank you Michael, Avery and Justis for being the highlight of my day.

  Without a doubt the best all inclusive gym in downtown Madison. Accessible and not withstanding magnificent upgrades in 2026 more space and better equipment at a very affordable price. Support staff Justis, Avery, JJ, Ben, work tirelessly to ensure all member needs are met. The positive energy professionalism and in a nutshell just good people. Can’t leave out Mike too. His guidance during my registration process was smooth sailing. Everyone is welcomed here regardless of background, age or demographics. whatnot. A home for your self improvement journey.

  LOVE this gym! Never too busy, and plenty of equipment. Rowing machines, check. Sauna, check. Hot tub, check. Keypass entry, check. Towel service, friendly staff, ample locker space, blow dryers—check. Unbeatable location. Thought I’d dislike being basement-level, but they’ve been really thoughtful with the lighting, mirrors, and layout. 10/10. Haven’t been to a group class but will soon. New class space just finished, looking forward to using it!

  TRULY SPECIAL GYM ❤️ Unique and well-maintained facility right below the capital, has all of the things that you would want and more! Equipment, classes, hot tub, steam room, and sauna (love). The Anmore is this: private feeling areas (in main upstairs room, and enormous downstairs studio when no classes are happening). I have never felt so comfortable to explore new body weight activities on my own in a gym setting before, typically because they are so crowded and full of beef heads lol. I truly love pinnacle and it has changed my life and perspective on how a gym membership would fit my life :) the facility itself is so well taken care of and the vintage tile vibe gives a comfortable sense of purpose.
