She spent almost an hour going thru things, making last minute adjustments, and making sure he is happy with his new wheelchair. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent communication, great customer service, and just all around great company. We will be using them in the future, guaranteed!

I have used them for a few years. I occasionally have to call more than once, however they have always followed through.
