- CMCarolyn MixonFeb 6, 20252.0I was given a prescription on Tuesday for Tamiflu. Pharmacy called to say they did not have any, but were expecting shipment by Wednesday noon. I called 4:00 Wednesday afternoon. Automated system said available after 3:30. I attempted to verify with pharmacist who told me they didn't have any and were not going to have any " for the rest of the year "! Apparently, they weren't going to call to tell me this. It's flu season and MetroMarket is not going to have any Tamiflu?? I was told some stores in outlying areas had some but too far.

The pharmacist (younger lady) has no customer service skills and is quite rude also. You are in a profession where people come in with pain and need advice or help understanding their medication. We don't need to be treated like you are being bothered. Have some compassion for your customers! It is not difficult to be kind and professional! If you don't like your job, then QUIT!!
