In at all 1140 for an appointment and my eye exam was done in record time. And this location has so many options for glasses and sunglasses. I highly recommend the West town lenscrafters locations. The staff are also extremely patient and helpful.

Jesse the manager stepped in and started analyzing my concerns and provided good solutions ideas with detailed descriptions. Waiting for the unit to deliver after mitigation of my concerns *****Previous review ***** I wouldn’t recommend this place if you didn’t purchase your frame from them. I brought in a frame I got from Costco to have lenses fitted, and they did a poor job. The lenses were bulging out and didn’t sit properly, making the glasses look unappealing. When I raised the issue, they simply blamed the frame and took no responsibility for the workmanship. Disappointing experience

My son stepped on his glasses and did his best to make them wearable. We stopped into LensCrafters to look at new glasses and they offered to take a look at his broken glasses. Within just a few minutes, they had managed to fix them and we were just thrilled with the service they provided! Thank you we will be back again when we need new glasses!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
