I had two ladies help me immediately when I entered the store. The store was actually quite joyful. They were so good at multitasking with everyone in the store, even though it was busy. They let everyone know that they were important and that they would be getting to them as quickly as possible, while keeping them busy looking at glasses as they took care of other business. The multitasking was absolutely outstanding, but the kindness was even better. In addition to that, one of the ladies helping me seem to be managing the store as well, I think she was from Belleville, she was cruising with goodness. They both were. I will absolutely be back!
- KUKen UdellDec 17, 20255.0Being the holiday season, I had to wait weeks to book an optometrist appointment but it was well worth the wait , and still sooner and much less expensive than what I was quoted elsewhere. Once I ordered my glasses they were both done in about a half hour. If you like to be waited on right away, ask them what their slowest times are. For example, on the Monday early afternoon that I was there I was one of the only customers both before and after my optometrist appointment. I stepped out for a few minutes while the glasses were being made, and by 2:30pm it was suddenly really busy. Monday is reportedly one of their busiest days.

My appointment was very thorough & efficient. I was able to choose my eyeglasses, and have them made within 20 minutes ! I will be sure to recommend friends & Family !!!
