My whole experience from eye exam to walking out with an order for glasses was a seamless and friendly experience. I didn't even have a hint of feeling like a number. I interacted with everyone one on the staff of professionals and they all treated me with respect. My purchase was explained in detail and explanations to different options. I had a wonderful experience! 😊

Had good exam. Doctor never sent my exam info to my doctor? Plus did not get my new glasses as promised. My old glasses have broken frame so lens won’t stay in. They could not fix it. Now I go with one lens till I get new glasses .
