  Took my daughter here while on vacation for pink eye. Saw a PA and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Now, we are fighting collections on a nearly $600 bill for a visit where they barely touched her, looked in her eyes, and sent us on our way with a script. When we have contacted “Madison Emergency Physicians” to inquire about this bill, we are sent around and around in circles. We’ve asked for an itemized bill multiple times only to be given a statement with the total. DO NOT GO HERE! It is a scam and they are a fraud!

  The staff was friendly. It literally took us 48 minutes from the second we walked in to the second we left for an X-ray, examination, and for the radiology team to do it all. Nurse, PA and xray tech did good

  Patient beware!! Fraudulent medical facility Visited this summer while on vacation. Urgent Care copay is required prior to care, as normal. The website and building are advertised as Urgent Care. Now months later they are insisting they are an Emergency Room because of their tax id and trying to bill hundreds of dollars.

  I took my son here for a fractured wrist. The service was fast and the staff was very nice. The prices they charge are unbelievable! The 10 minute visit cost over 1600 dollars! They charge 376 dollars to see the Physician Assistant. The average cost should be between 80 to 110 dollars. I dont know how they are not breaking any laws. They charge a facility charge around 300 dollars. It is amazing they are allowed to charge these crazy high prices. This place should be in investigated. The code they used stated it was a detailed examination. All they did was take vitals and feel his pulse. Dont give them your business!!!
