  This is my first experience with therapy, and it was great! I clicked with Ashley right away. She is patient, professional, so knowledgeable, and kept me engaged. I feel like I'm a pretty self-aware person, but she had a way of teasing things out during our sessions that led to a handful of epiphanies for me (as cliche as that sounds). I began because I had an overwhelming load of things on my plate all at once, both personally and professionally. I was able to get through a terrible six-month period with all of the tools Ashley gave me, along with just having a very safe space to vent and swear and cry. Therapy was the best thing I ever did for myself, and I'm so glad I followed my gut and chose Ashley after researching counselors in our area.

  This place is amazing. I have done this for years and never clicked with anyone like I have here. They respond quickly and really care about you. Very clean and welcoming.

  Wonderful place and staff. They assisted me in navigating through areas of my life I would have not known how to navigate without them. First place I’ve been too where I felt I was treated as an individual and not just a case number. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs assistance.
