I’ve been here plenty of times, and I’ve never had an issue or bad experience. Today I went in for labs and was greeted by Jason, who immediately put a smile on my face with his outgoing personality. He was very professional and friendly and just seemed like he really enjoys his job. This appt was a breeze, and completely painless. Five stars for Jason, thank you.

I visited in 3/25/26 for an appointment and had my child with me. I had brought him to an appointment with me previously the year prior with no issues in the waiting room. It even says that kids are welcome nowhere in the waiting room. Does it say that services will not be rendered if children are present. The associate that took me back to the room at the Kenosha, Wisconsin location informed me that they typically cannot do the testing if my child is present with me I begged and pleaded as I don’t have childcare for him. She said that was fine, but then he would need to sit still if he gets into anything or gets up that they’re not liable and that they would not be able to continue the testing. I hurried through what I needed done which was a drug test she DID NOT INFORM ME to not flush or wash my hands AFTER I had given her the collection cup of my urine and told me “well now I can’t accept it” but gave me NO PRIOR EXPLANATION PRIOR TO THE SAMPLE COLLECTION! She told me then I would have to sit in the waiting room for the next hour and try again that I could not leave so I sat in the waiting room with my toddler who is rowdy and unhappy, and nor was it given anything to drink or offered, and there is no bubbler in the waiting room to grab anything of my own. Another woman and her child who was the same age came in, and I gave her a warning of what the associate said to me when she was finished with her appointment on her way out I asked her how she was treated she said that the associate who had originally helped me gave her no issues at all. I DO NOT understand why I was treated differently than any other patient especially when another patient came in with their child and were not treated disrespectfully or rudely. When Danyel came out, I asked to speak to a manager and she said come back with me. I explained to her to her what happened with the other associate working at the Kenosha Location that day as she did not even introduce herself to me and broke down, crying. Danyel offered me water retrieved my paperwork for the other room and assisted me with the procedure as I did not feel comfortable, safe, or welcomed thanks to the other employee that was working there that same day. Again I do not know her name she had dark brown/black hair and wore glasses. Danyel was able to accommodate me shortly after assisting the patient before me. She made the process smooth from start to finish and made me feel comfortable, respected and heard. She was wonderful to work with and had a positive bedside manner and gentle demeanor. I would come back ONLY because she works there. For the other staff that you had hired and working there that day I think some action needs to be taken for the mistreatment of patients and her attitude needs to improve. Luckily I only utilize quest diagnostics for my castle branch requirements for my college criteria for clinicals, but I will be informing everyone I know of my experience there as I could not get a hold of anybody on the 800 number and there was no manager present as there is no one at the window to help check patients in and I will be letting my college know about the experience that I had to see if they can utilize other services because this was the worst experience I have ever had in any type of healthcare in my whole entire life and I would not recommend their services to anyone else. Danyel was amazing! Please keep her!

So unprofessional have you book an appointment just to not even get you in for hours no way to contact them and they give no communication for inconveniences on their end.

What do I need to know before I arrive at a Quest Patient Service Center?
Please be aware that when you visit a Quest Patient Service Center:

Do you accept walk-ins?
Scheduled appointments are strongly encouraged and will receive priority. If you walk in, you will have to wait for the next available opening.
Should I be fasting?
Fasting before a blood draw means you don’t eat or drink anything except water. If your test requires it, don't forget to fast for 8-12 hours before your appointment. If you’re not sure, contact your doctor's office. To learn more about how to prepare for your test, visit QuestDiagnostics.com/patients/get-tested/prepare/fasting for additional fasting information.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please arrive and check in 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you check in more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be served as a walk-in.
You should bring the following to your appointment:
•A lab order from your doctor. If your doctor did not give you a paper order, check with them to see if they sent it electronically.
•Photo identification listing your first name, last name, and date of birth (for example, a driver's license, government issued photo ID, Passport, or Green Card).
•Current health insurance information.
•Credit, debit, or health savings card. You will be asked to preauthorize payment for any balance due after your insurance is billed.
It’s important to also know if your test requires fasting the day before and/or morning of your appointment. Your healthcare provider should have indicated this on your lab order or during your visit. Learn more about fasting before a lab test.
Note: Childcare is not available and the waiting area is not attended. Some testing protocols, such as drug screenings or pre-employment screenings, have strict rules which do not allow children to accompany the patient during sample collection. If you have questions about your testing protocols, please contact your healthcare professional or employer for additional information.
How do I check in when I arrive?
Sign in using the Check-in kiosk, or if not available, sign the clipboard at the front desk. Please be prepared to present a valid photo ID and insurance information. Be sure to mark the reason for your visit when signing in.
If you were unable to preregister ahead of time, and would like to do so, you may be able to complete the registration process if you arrive a few minutes early at a Quest Patient Service Center that has a Check-in kiosk. When you check in with your mobile number, you may be asked if you want to complete the registration process on your smartphone while you wait.
My doctor told me they would send over an order. Do you have it?
If your doctor said they would send us the order electronically or via fax, there is no need to confirm that we have the order. If we do not have the order, we will call the doctor to obtain it when you arrive at our Quest Patient Service Center. To prevent delays, be sure to visit our location during your doctor’s office hours or obtain a copy of your order from your doctor.
How soon after my visit will my doctor receive my lab test results?
Turnaround times for test results can vary. If you have a MyQuest account, your test results will be delivered to your account as soon as they are available. This can take 2-5 business days from the time the sample is received, depending on your test.
You should always follow up with your doctor to discuss your results.
