  This has been the most caring and supportive company I have ever worked for. Seeing the difference our service makes in our clients lives is what I look forward to every single day! I highly suggest Home Instead as an employer, the flexibility in scheduling is so amazing with those who have busy schedules. The clients are so great, I feel so lucky to have been able to meet the clients I take care of. Each one holds such a special place in my heart. If you have a passion for caregiving I would 100 percent suggest Home Instead.

  I have worked for Home Instead in the Jefferson, WI for 3 years and loved every minute! They are very professional, they have a very in-depth training/orientation when I started and have called to check on me to make sure that I am comfortable and if a needed any extra assistance or training. This is a great place to work!!

  Home Instead has been amazing! My mother moved in my home on very short notice. I also have a very crazy work schedule. When I contacted them and explained my situation, they listened and provided a perfect match for my mom and my crazy schedule. Their knowledge, caring and professionalism reassured me my mom would be well taken care of in my home and she most certainly is. Their staff is excellent! Thank you Home Instead!

  My family member has needed 24/7 personal care for the last several months. Every shift has been covered with knowledgeable, compassionate caregivers who have gone the extra mile to help maintain mom's living at home. The owner and office staff have always been responsive to my concerns and continue to work diligently on my mom's behalf. I thank God for Home Instead!
