  I can honestly say this was the nicest urgent care I’ve ever been to. From the moment we walked in, Megan at the front desk made us feel completely at ease, she was so kind, patient, and understanding, especially toward me as a first-time parent. Nurse Tim went above and beyond, turning what started as a stressful situation into a calm and reassuring experience. It’s rare to find healthcare staff who show this much empathy and humanity, and I’m so grateful for the care they provided. Oh, and bonus points for keeping us safe during a tornado warning... talk about full-service care! 🤣

  While the staff was helpful, I was told that the visit was completely covered. Several months later I received a bill for 600 dollars. I was attempting to contact and work with their billing team but they never returned my calls, even when they said they would call back. Now less than 6 months after the initial visit and less than 3 months after receiving the bill I have received a notice it has gone to collections. I am extremely disappointed with their billing teams response to this situation as they have been extremely unhelpful. I suggest going to any other urgent care to avoid unnecessary charges.

  Although the wait was long, it was to be expected this time of year. The nurse and Dr. Bernstein were both kind and addressed my issues. From the staff who greeted me upon entering the building to the urgent care staff - all were kind and helpful!

  The staff were very attentive and caring even though it was at the end of their shift. My son needed an x-ray and the whole process was smooth and quick. The physician's assistant took the time to answer all of our questions.

  Went in and was called 30 minutes after I checked in at the desk. Saw Dr. Jordan who was understanding and very helpful!
