  At SSM St Mary here in Janesville they will sell you hearing aids but they will not service them, you either have to take them to Stoughton or Sun Prairie, drop them off and then go pick them up when they are done. My 91 year old mother lost a small wire on hers and it was falling out of her ear, she was worried about loosing it so I went to grab it to drive it up North when I thought "I'm going to pop into Miracle Ear and see if they can help". I walked into Miracle Ear and Jenna was so friendly and willing to help even though I had no appointment and we were not clients. It literally took her about 30 seconds to put the wire on and hand it back to me! When I asked what I owed her she said "how about just a good review?" Jenna, you saved me approximately 4 hours in the car (not to mention the gas!) my mother being without her hearing aid for days and the frustration of dealing with SSM. Jenna, here is your 10 star review and my heartfelt thanks! I'm pretty sure you gained a new client also 😁 thank you again! Joyce Kell

  I have been wearing hearing aids over 5 years and I really like them. I went to Miracle ear hearing aid center and I have been very satisfied with their service. The people that work at Miracle ear are friendly and if you have a question they will answer it. I recently traded in my old hearing aids for some new ones and I am even happy with them too. Gina Briant is the one that fitted me for my new hearing aids and she did a great job. If you are having trouble hearing go to Miracle ear and get a hearing test done. At the time I didn't know how much I was missing out on things until I got my hearing aids. Life is so much better now that I can hear again. I recommend Miracle ear if you need hearing aids. Gina is located at the Janesville office. So give them a call and see how it feels to have better hearing again.

  I highly recommend going to the janesville miracle ear store. They have been super helpful with my hearing loss. The staff is friendly and professional.
