- ASAbby Smyth6 days ago5.0Before I started at Home Instead 2.5 years ago I was nervous and not confident in myself. I remember leading up to orientation I was so nervous that I would be thrown right into it with no training or experience and not be able to give the clients the high quality care they deserve. This could not be farther from the truth, when I got to orientation I was greeted with so many smiling faces of the ladies in the office and hearing Mindy Ochs philosophy of high quality care starting at taking great care of the caregivers solidified that I had made the right choice. Throughout the 3 FULL DAYS OF PAID TRAINING!! I learned everything I would need to know and it did not stop there. I continued to be educated on caregiving whether that be in the home, in office or simply just getting helpful videos sent to me. This ongoing support has guided me through my career at Home Instead. I highly recommend Home Instead!!
