- LPLynn PfaffFeb 7, 20231.0I went to Hayes in 2020 due to covid restrictions at my own dentist. I ended up having a root canal and a cap put on my tooth. Two and a half years later it broke. I have had other caps for 10 plus years. I called them about the issue today, the receptionist I spoke to says oh too bad go find somebody else I can't get you until May. I thought I should go back to the location that worked on my tooth but apparently they don't care about their shoddy work.
