When I described what he wanted, and did not want, she helped me pick out some frames. Even though they were 2 pair trifocals, they were ready in 44 minutes. I don't think it was too busy because of the extreme cold outside. We came back, and she made sure to fit him right. They were a good price, with a year warranty. Bea did an outstanding job. Even though he wasn't too excited about new glasses, he admitted he could see better, and now has a spare pair for the first time in his life.
