We had a set of hearing aids given to Steve and we were told to use Elite Hearing in Janesville to get the help we needed in reprogramming them for Steve’s use. I called and spoke with Elizabeth who is so sweet and we got in right away and then John helped with sending them in to Starkey to get help with making them work.
