- CBC BNov 19, 20251.0Customer service is poor. There are dozens of reviews before me indicating this. Also, they seem to like to tick everyone's prescription up or down just .25 so you buy new lenses. I'm finding there are many better local alternatives.
- RDRebecca DurhamApr 4, 20245.0I have used Pearl Vision in Hudson WI for many years and unfortunately due to insurance had to switch to other optical providers but in 2024 I was able to return to this vision provider, YEAH!!! The staff is always available, even on a walk-in basis to assist with questions or adjustments. My most recent experience involved several visits for an issue I was having and everyone who assisted me was patient and provided great customer service. They resolved my issue with 100% satisfaction. THANKS Pearl Vision Hudson, WI. I'll be back.

I had never been there before but staff were friendly and were able to fit me in for an appointment the same day. Dr. Roghair was kind, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He went through multiple tests to determine what I had going on and once he reached a conclusion, he educated me on the problem I was having and not only what the treatment was, but the reasoning/clinical rationale behind the treatment. His explanation was appropriately catered to my level of health literacy as another healthcare professional — it wasn’t dumbed down or too advanced for me to understand. I am appreciative and thankful for the staff at this location, especially Dr. Roghair, and recommend them to anyone needing optometry services.

Well if i hadn't asked for an adjustment, she would have given them to me and left. Doctor was curt and " let me get this over with". Would never return.
