  Dr Laska, fellow dentists and their staff are the best! With several emergencies in the past few months, I can attest that they do all that they can to get you into the office and then take excellent care of you when you are there.

  Donna(receptionist), Shannon(office manager) and Carly(hygienist) were all fantastic and very friendly to talk with. My teeth are squeeky clean now and I'm off for the day. Highly recommend this office!

  The docs & entire staff are very friendly, kind, knowledgeable & helpful. They give us good information which helps to make wise decisions. And, they remember what’s going on in their patients’ lives & never fail to ask about how things are going. I was even invited to go ‘used book shopping’ today in the office as my hygienist brought in boxes of books & she knows I’m a reader.

  I have gone to Laska dental for ten years. I have had mixed experiences. The office is so beautiful and trendy. I had a crown put on in the past, and it didn’t last long. However, the office was wonderful about fixing it, and eventually gave me a new one. When my youngest was an infant, I brought her to a quick appointment. It was supposed to be a fast check. She was asleep in the car seat, and they asked me to put her in a small room alone while they did my teeth. It really rubbed me the wrong way, and I sat through the exam grateful to have glasses on to hide my tears. I recently had to cancel an appointment (I’m a teacher and had a parent meeting night that fell on the same day). My appointment was on a Monday, and I canceled right when I noticed the conflict. However, since I didn’t give 24 hours notice, I was charged $30. I was crushed. When I explained that I was a teacher with another conflict, I was told “sorry”. I understand the policy, but was hoping that as a client for so long an exception would be made. I am a mother of (almost) four kids, and I need an office that is a bit more flexible with busy families. I caution others using their service to be aware of the policy. I’m disappointed that Laska did not help out even a long standing patient. We will be searching for a new dentist that maybe is a bit more flexible and understanding, and one that is more accommodating to busy families.
