I absolutely loved Dr. Schumacher! I have never had an eye doctor like him and i’ve been wearing glasses almost all of my life. I explained my concerns and he addressed them. I wish all doctors were like him! I did deduct one star because the people doing sales/glasses are not welcoming. I do understand it gets busy but we didn’t stay to pick out glasses because they told us they were short staffed and there were a lot of people. They did look tired but I was really looking forward to picking out glasses and buying contacts.

My husband was in today for new glasses at the Greenfield location and came home extremely happy with his experience with Tara, one of the sales associates. She was patient, knowledgeable, and kind and really turned his whole day around. Thank you, Tara!

Have dealt with Anita in the past as well as today and again she did not disappoint. She helped myself and our grandson. She was very helpful with suggestions while being considerate.

Visited Lens crafters in Greenfield with glasses that got bent being slept in overnight. Tara worked her magic to fix them quickly & at no charge then recommended a great cleaning kit on sale. Very happy with the customer service provided from Tara. Thank you!

When you walk in, you are greeted by harsh led lighting. When I tried calling to ask when my order would be done, there was a long hold time. There was some issue with my order put in wrong, which delayed me getting my order. I'll try someplace else next time. The nice thing was that I was able to schedule my appointment quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
