  I popped in late on a Saturday right before close and Jesse took care of my glasses repair, quickly and free! Such great service. Will come back for all my eyewear needs.

  I went to Target Optical today in hopes of finding a new pair of glasses. An associate asked if I needed help and I said I was just looking around for new glasses. He said if you need help just let me know. I had an idea of what I was looking for. I went back and forth trying on glasses, I was making myself dizzy. Jesse the associate must have noticed I had no clue and came to my rescue. He was so informative of what size I should look for because of where my eyes were on my face. He really helped me in finding the right fit and also a pair of sunglasses. It was a pleasure having someone to work with that knew so much and was more than willing to explain it to someone who didn’t. He also tightened up the glasses I was wearing. If you’re in need of new glasses, look Jesse up.😊

  Love love love this place!!!!!!!! I have been to many glasses locations… but target optical has truly blessed my family more and more each time. Insurance can be tricky, but they constantly hit the goal of optimizing the policy and their discounts.

  Picked up my new frames around 3pm on Tuesday and no fitting was offered. Just handed them to me over the counter. Didn't have me sit down to make sure they fit properly at all. Didn't ask me if they felt good, nothing. Then she rushed to help someone else who came in while she was handing me my frames. I had been the only one there at first. They also had greasy smudges on the lenses. So she hasn't even cleaned them. Just said I can come back anytime for a free adjustment. I ordered through a physical store to ensure I would get a proper fitting. Next time I'll order through much cheaper online sites again and go to Walmart for an adjustment.

  Went to target optical yesterday and was told that I was fully covered for an eye exam and an order of contacts (no co-pay) So I scheduled an eye exam for today, and then got charged $100 for the exam. First time I’ve ever written a review because nothing like that has ever happened to me. Update, I had to go back because my prescription was incorrect. Not a huge deal, it happens, but doctor Meurer was super unprofessional about me coming back (probably because I wrote this review) scoffed at me when I told him the trials weren't correct, told me "Just to be clear, you asked for these" (the contacts) and was rude to the point that I told him to just copy my prescription from my last visit at Pearle. I then had to go back no joke five times because they kept copying the prescription wrong. Now I'm out $100 and I have the same prescription as my old one because doctor Meurer made me so uncomfortable. Truly an awful experience start to finish. Would recommend Pearle in Bellevue or literally any other eye place. Never had an experience like this in my life.
