- CCChristina CaliebeAug 11, 20221.0Not good. If I could give negative stars I would. Does not accept GoodRx. Pharmacist consistently lacks accuracy in both Rx prep and billing. When I asked if my Rx could be rebilled using a discount program vs insurance, I was told I needed to wait so she could have lunch. This was an issue that had been happening consistently for months. I wish I could say it was an exaggeration. Until Pick and Save can find a different pharmacist (who has the essential skill sets of accuracy, knowledge of health insurance, and basic customer service essential to a professional in this setting, which unfortunately this pharmacist doesn't) I would highly recommend going anywhere else.

Has happened a few times I have decided to change pharmacies...worst experience I've ever had. They were ok at first but then I don't know what Be warned...If I could I'd give them 0 stars!

Was initially promised prescription would be ready by Saturday,and that they would call. No call Saturday, I called Monday, nothing ready, lady was very rude, said cant fill, asked why she replied because we can't. The Lombardi location is EXCELLENT, VERY GOOD SERVICE, BUT NOT THIS ONE.
