    We have always had great experiences with everyone at Miracle Ear in Green Bay. Kara is always so friendly and accommodating. Rick has always been very friendly, personable. He does a great job explaining the various tests and procedures. We had the pleasure of having Randy perform the hearing test this last appointment. He was friendly yet professional and informative. Great job team

    My father tried to get a replacement for a broken hearing aid. The salesperson told him that the company no longer made them. Tried to sell him new hearing aids in excess of $6,000. When my father said he wanted to think about it. The sales person said “what is there to think about“. My dad said he still wanted to think about it. I then went to miracle ear and spoke to Kara, the office manager, and she told me that Dad could get a replacement. I ordered the left ear hearing aid replacement at a cost of $400. This experience left me very angry that this sales person tried to take advantage of my elderly father. As a result, I could never in good conscience recommend miracle ear in Green Bay to anyone.
