  Zero regard or respect for patients with ALS. I was sold on this facility based on the LIE that they had available caretakers experienced with ALS patients and that I would have one caretaker with ALS experience assigned to me for an ongoing basis. Since December, I have seen three different caretakers a total of 10 and 1/2 hours when my agreement is for one caretaker two times a week for 4 hours a day. In addition, multiple attempts have been made for resolution with the sales rep and various staffing reps directly, however, because of ALS with bulbar syndrome, I am treated as an invalid without any mental capacity while numerous promised calls back are never received. Beware and request proof from the sales pitch before buying. They are fraudulently selling the service for taking care compassionately for patients with fatal diseases. Before you finish reading this post, please give hugs or calls out to your loved ones because it is hell to suffer this misery without family or friends for help to rely on. I am at the complete Mercy of a health system that does that care to care for a person such as me.

  Came first day, untrained, not qualified young man with older, so called trainer. Bad experience. They apologize next time sent a qualified women, sent home after 2 hours, called said this will not work for us. Wife in hospice. Please cancel. Instead sent another person, I refused . Got billed anyway. They refunded 1st day still billed over $200. For 2 hrs. Work. READ CONTRACT. NOT. GOOD.

  From the first phone call to Home Instead, everyone has been a wealth of knowledge and very helpful navigating this next step for my grandma. Blair was very welcoming and comforting while discussing our needs in a caregiver, explaining the process from beginning to the first day with the care giver. We were matched with Beth, and I feel as if I were cloned, but 10x better. Beth is welcoming, kind, funny, and has that perfect touch to get my grandma to agree to do the not so fun parts of one’s day. My grandma instantly loved her and is sad to see her go each day. We are so relieved to she. Beth in our lives and allowing grandma to stay here at home, for as long as possible. Thank you Home Instead.

  Renee was very helpful. She arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and helped with whatever I needed. She was friendly and I really appreciated her help during a very difficult time when I was recovering from a fractured kneecap.

  Home Instead was amazing! Terrific, safe, kind care for my dad. They got to know him as a person and made sure he was well cared for until he was able to be in his own again.
