The exam was comprehensive and the Dr was nice. When we called for the exam we were told that insurance was taken, when we got there we picked out several pairs of glasses. When pushed we were told in the most “you don’t belong here” voice about our half coverage. We walked out, we wanted to give LensCrafters money but we don’t shop where we aren’t wanted.

Great visit, very thorough and will answer and explain any questions you might have concerning your eyes. Dr. Tom has been my optician for years and would recommend.
