Caregivers were accommodating, kind, followed set schedules, kept my Dad’s mind active and made healthy meals for him. Never a problem when I contacted Office staff to adjust scheduling due to doctors appointments, etc. A shoutout to caregiver, Denise who possesses lots of compassion and patience. Whenever I had questions, concerns or changes with my Dad’s care, they were quickly addressed and handled (by a caring, competent & wonderful manager) Emilee High.
- SSSue StuedemannJul 17, 20255.0Home instead provided 24 hour care for my mom for almost 3 months. Although we had to move her to a memory care facility in July, we were so happy with her care from April through early July. Only a few hiccups along the way which the office staff quickly resolved. My mom loved her caregivers like her own daughters. They provided amazing care, meal prep, house cleaning, dog care, attention to detail. Basically managed her home and care. (I did her meds) Esperanza and Jackie were my mom's favorite caregivers. They have both already visited her at the facility. Very dedicated, calm, caring ladies. When they were with my mom, I was never concerned and never received calls from my mom. Shout out to Sonja as well who filled is so many open shifts and encouraged my mom to play piano! Other caregivers that I want to give praises to..Dayna, Phalyn, and Riana. I loved them all and how they cared for mom!! Emilie H in the office was amazing. So easy to talk to and immediately resolved issues. Keri and Sara in the office solved all of the staffing updates. Highly recommend Home Instead for care of your loved ones at home.
