Natalie always provides top notch customer service and knowledge of all Gnc's products. Jake is also super helpful and friendly. I could easily shop online but, it's because of how amazing these 2 people are that I continue to shop in your Franklin WI location. Thanks for providing a great experience every time!

He got so rude and started arguing telling me to read up on the product and find out and he is busy on his phone texting not even looking at me. Consultant name is MARCUS very rude guy but anyways I bought what I want and he is not even putting that in the bag I asked for and he again arguing and making fun. I'm afraid of going back to that store again. His name was MARCUS and I kept saying to him I don't want to argue man and he kept arguing . check the recorded video of the store at 7/29/2021 at CST 1:25PM . Hope you guys take some legal action so customers will feel safe going to the Franklin Wisconsin location.
