Our Medicare Advantage Network Health program recommended Elite Hearing in Franklin WI Ernie loves his hearing aides and wants to give Greg Haase a great big shout for giving him the confidence to stick with it. He wore them home the first day and hasn’t taken them out since. then. He wears them all day from morning til night and can’t believe how much he’s been missing all these years!

He was very thorough, taking the extra time needed to fully resolve my hearing aid issues. Although it’s not the closest elite location to my home, I’ll happily drive further to continue to see Greg for all of my follow up visits. Highly recommended.

They offered an upgrade to his present hearing aid but were not high pressure at all. They also answered questions about cochlear Implants even though they don't offer them. They adjusted his hearing aid to his latest test and he can hear me much better now. They even offered to help obtain a CaptionCall phone and cell phone. Ann Sebald and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Finally a place we can rely on. Thanks so much!!!
