Terrible customer service. I'm trying to call to make a new patient appointment and I just get put on hold forever. I once managed to get a receptionist, but she just wanted to transfer me to being on hold again and said it's "NORMAL" for the eye care team to have long hold times. I don't have time for this garbage.

My Optometrist and her technician Sherry, were excellent!! I have absolutely nothing negative in the least to say regarding them. My issue concerns 2 of the 3 receptionists at the desk when I came in for my appointment today. They sat in the middle and to my left. The third was helping another patient. These two gals were involved in a lengthy social chit-chat. So much so that I started looking around thinking I must need to go elsewhere to be checked in. I noticed the self check- in kiosk and thought I might as well use that. It didn't work. I walked through the frame area to where the waiting area is for eye appointments, thinking maybe there was another check-in area. There wasn't. I asked someone in the waiting area and she said to go to the front. So, I had to return to the main entrance. The middle receptionist helped me, this time! Normally I am a cordial person...I was straight to the point...not rude, but not friendly either. She and her workmate on the left, left me with a very bad impression. I would only return to this location because they offer good medical services. I hope this location can do better by finding customer/patient first receptionists. Many people need jobs. I'm sure there are better choices out there!!

The doctors that I have seen here are good doctors, however I have a complaint about their scheduling - it is a horror! A month ago I called to schedule an appointment and I was put on hold for around 15 minutes - for FIVE times! I had to call five times because when someone picked up on the first four calls they yelled at me, "Hello? Hello? I can't hear you," and then hung up on me. I was calling from my house where I have good reception and my phone and service carrier works fine. I have never had anyone say they can't hear me when I call from my house. Later I found out that this clinic has farmed out the answering service to people who are not located at the clinic! I think they answer phones from their own houses. Given that I never have problems calling from my house it is clear that THEIR phones were the problem and not mine. After the five calls and 1 hour and 15 minutes later I had to drive to the clinic to make an appointment. It takes time to get to the clinic and I was on hold in my vehicle to whole time. So all together I spend OVER TWO HOURS trying to make an appointment. Now just today I had to call about a follow up appointment for the condition I'm being treated for, and once again I had the problem and had to start to drive to the clinic - this with my eyesight problems due to the condition I was being treated for. After being put on hold again at least this time someone finally answered after I had just drove a short distance, but this is a horror.

We’ve been coming here for a little over a year. I think they’re all very nice and I never feel rushed. They’re extremely patient with my kids, which is really important. I do find them to be on the more expensive side, but our insurance picks up most of the cost. You get what you pay for!
