  Rating is solely based on the “customer service” I received from Mary at the Information desk, if you would even call it customer service. On February 7th I walked up to the information desk at about 11:34P and asked to fill out the pamphlet for the Agnesian online eHealth so I could access my records online. I was told by Mary that “she didn’t know anything about it” and that “she needed to go on her lunch break because she was already late”. I believe that Mary needs a bit more training in her field of work and a bit more insight on proper customer service. I will wait to speak with a different member of Agnesian that actually knows enough about their job to assist me in setting up my account. Again, Mary, I hope you had a fantastic lunch!
