- DMdan mattyNov 14, 20221.0Why are there so many hoops to jump through to get the savings on items? It should be as easy as 1 card 1 price? Grocery prices are already extremely higher than normal and now you have to have your phone, coupons, the ad, etc to save some money, CONFUSING AND TIMELY! And then when something goes wrong and you try to get the sale price the lady at the self checkout says ,"OH WELL!" I tried to share that it frustrates people to the point they will shop elsewhere and her response was, "They will come back" That is probably true since there are so few choices but it could be a better and more pleasant experience. Not so great customer service :( and a way to start your Monday morning.

They were suppose to call my provider to get the approval so that I was able to do so, however I have called them 3 times and even stopped in twice to ask if they had called my pharmacy. Nothing has been done and I’m going on almost two weeks without my prescription transferred.
