    Sharon is an exceptional therapist who not only has great instinct but also is very knowledgeable and wise. I have been meeting with her for over 30 years, when needed, and can’t even express how much she means to me, my mental health and healing process. To say the least, am deeply grateful for this connection and I highly recommend Sharon Teschke for a therapist from Delta Center.

    Do not discount the healing power of talking to someone. Aimee has been my rock and I would not have been able to get through my difficulties without her support and suggestions.

    Talk therapy only. You talk, she does nothing.They have no desire to help you work towards goals and get better. Aimee specifically told me she does talk therapy only. She told me specifically the whole group does nothing but talk therapy. However, talk therapy isn't having your client just talk about what's bothering them, or as a therapist bringing up something that someone else did. Talk therapy is to talk about you, and to discover yourself. You can't change others, only yourself. So why the hell are we doing nothing but talking about other people? If you want to go complain about your problems and feel better for a day maybe, this is the place for you. Or better go talk to a friend, its free and you want feel like you've been duped which makes you feel even worse. If you want to work on goals, get better and not waste your money, find some place else to go. My therapist shouldn't have gotten angry, defensive and combative with me by me simply asking, what is your theray style? Does talk therapy to you mean to have me talk about things others do that bother me until time is up and tell me to go home?
