  The gentleman there, who I did not catch his name, but according to our receipt his information is (Pascal 327827) did an amazing job and went above and beyond what he needed to do. My wife and I did not realize when Target Optical closed but Pascal helped us right out even though it was 20 minutes to close. He was so thoughtful and thorough with helping my wife and I. Unfortunately, even though it looked as though things would be finished a little after closing and he would be able to catch his ride home, it did not work out that way because of some slight technical issues and because he wanted to make sure that we were provided the best service and products. I tell you, as a healthcare professional, this is absolutely 100% above and beyond what we look for and ask for when it comes to patient care. Pascal is definitely the kind of person that I would love to have on my department teams at work. Any organization/company that has him as an employee should value the service he provides because he demonstrates the importance and excellence in skills of customer service. A++ for this gentleman! As for him missing his ride, we made sure to give him a ride home because it was the least we could do. He informed me that his last day with Target Optical is January 12th, 2026 and my wife and I both hope we will be able to see him again before he leaves and to let him know how truly grateful we are for everything he did. The McKee Road Fitchburg, Wisconsin Target Optical definitely does have a great team of people working there and Pascal I would have to say is one of the best. I wish him well and hope he is successful with any of his future endeavors.

  The employees are so knowledgeable and efficient and patient!!!! The doc was also very knowledgeable and friendly. It was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with customer service. The selection of frames is great and up to date. I will be going here for glasses from now on! Thank you to the Employees of target optical on McKee rd.👍

  From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and promptly taken care of. Both the doctor and the technician were extremely professional, patient, and kind. I didn't feel rushed at all.

  Pascal was very attentive to my needs as soon as I walked in! He was professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all the lens add-ons/protections. He ensured I got the best deal with my insurance as well. I would 💯 recommend Pascal for all your future eye prescription needs! Thank you again!!
