  Home Instead does it right. We have established care for my elderly mother who has increasing needs. We have increased care from 4 hours a couple days a week to now 24 hour care in a matter of a few months. Michelle and Stephanie have responded immediately to any concerns we had and continue to work hard to ensure my mother is in good hands at all times. The communication, suggestions, patience, and listening ear are priceless. Times like this are stressful and as we navigate through these unchartered waters, the support of someone saying "we understand and can help" cannot be explained in a review. We are so grateful Home Instead is an option.

  Home Instead has been an absolute blessing to this community. With a team of care professionals that really know what it means when we say “it’s personal to us”. Taking every Opportunity to go above and beyond to make sure no one goes without care. An owner who has the passion and drive to help as many individuals in the community be able to maintain their independence and stay within their home. He is not afraid to take the “roll up your sleeves” approach and jump right in to help caregiver whenever necessary. The office staff work diligently to make sure all schedules are perfectly planned and that the care staff and clients are a great match. The manager Stephanie is wonderful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure your loved ones get exactly what they need and everyone is happy. Amazing company and highly recommend them!

  We used Home Instead in Eau Claire for about 4 months for my elderly mother. Care givers started out with visits to clean, check in on my mom, and help with small tasks. When my mom suddenly deteriorated, Home Instead became a vital part of our planning as I am currently living overseas. Stephanie and Michelle worked closely with us to help us monitor my mom, get her to appointments, daily tasks, and track her groceries. We were able to keep her in her own home for a much longer time thanks to their excellent communication, flexibility, and compassion. I can not express my gratitude for the team at Home Instead enough- they made an incredibly stressful time much more bearable and kept my mom safe and happy. We loved working with Gabbi and will already miss our interactions with her. I highly recommend this company and you would be lucky to get Gabbi as a caregiver for your loved one.
